- End Cap locale with patio seating preferable
- Ease of access for our customers
- Minimum of 24 feet of linear frontage
- Excellent visibility
- High walking traffic
- Neighborhood villages with an office market component
- 1400-2500 square feet
- 400 amp service
- minimum of 1 ton HVAC/150 sq.ft.
