Nutrition

The Brown Bag makes all of our food from scratch. From our soups to our sauces, everything is made in our stores. All of our breads are made fresh daily. We do not use any trans-fats, preservatives, MSG or nitrates in our foods. Because all of our food is made to order, it would be difficult to provide a nutritional label on each and every product.

Our concept of “Build your Own” meals allows our customers the opportunity to make healthy choices when ordering their meal. Below are some guidelines to be used in making healthier choices.
