We created The Brown Bag so that the busy office worker could get restaurant quality food in a fast “grab and go” environment. We pride ourselves of being Washington’s only “100% from scratch” kitchen that caters to our local office community. We are able to fill a niche by providing restaurant quality food in a carryout environment.
